An Italian pizzeria in the heart of Lake Atitlán

Grazia brings Neapolitan sourdough pizza and homemade tiramisù to Panajachel, served in a Guatemalan garden. Handmade pizza since 2024.

The idea

Simple things, done right

We bring the tradition of handmade Neapolitan pizza to Panajachel: fresh ingredients, long-fermented dough and a love for good food. Every pizza follows the Italian recipes, adapted to the altitude and climate of Lake Atitlán.

The menu is short on purpose: Margherita, Pepperoni and a Special that changes every week; classic and pistachio tiramisù; a natural fruit drink that changes every week. Few things, all made in house.

On every table a QR code opens Mundo Grazia: the menu, stories from Italian cooking while you wait, games and the loyalty card. One stamp per bill of Q50 or more; eight stamps get you a free Margherita or Pepperoni.
